Martie Healy is the founder of ESS and a member in good standing of USAEq, USEA, USDF and FHTA. She is the owner/manager/organizer of Basingstoke Farms, currently running USAEq/USEA events (BN - A/I), FHTA (Florida Horse Trials Association) Events, Dressage Shows and Combined Driving Events. She has over 13 years experience in organizing, secretarying and scheduling events, dressage shows, clinics and other equestrian activities - both large and small. Martie competed in Hunter/Jumpers, Eventing and Dressage and fox-hunted for many years before turning towards the administrative side of equestrian sports. Martie is the USEA Area III Newsletter Editor and the USEA Area III Points Chair and is very active in Area affairs. She was the original secretary of the USEA Organizer's Committee. Martie created and continues to moderate the Orgs_Only and AreaIIIOrgs email lists. She is an accomplished website designer, operating her own website design business, Basingstoke Web Designs. Martie is also a USAEq licensed Eventing Course Designer, currently holding a 'r' license.
